How we can help

Responding to difficult times, our new team has developed a fresh and purposeful range of services and products which we know many organisations are calling out for.

Our main focus is on research and public policy; futures work and scenario planning; system leadership practices and service evaluation.

From our experience, these four key areas are interdependent - and our specialism is to support organisations critically and creatively explore each and the relationships between them.

We are not a consultancy firm, as such. We certainly don't have many answers (although, we can always find out what the research evidence says!) We’re a collective of Associates with a range of skills, tools, methods, ideas and with a great many years experience. We like to work alongside organisations to support them become more knowledgeable, confident and effective in what they do.

We look to do work that is worthwhile and interesting with organisations who are open to learn and change.

It’s all about people and relationships

For us, ‘services’ are the people who run them. To achieve transformation change, to ‘improve services’ we have to invest in the workforce, and support people to work collaboratively across the system, build trust with those who access services and have the confidence to act and do things differently.

For us, that’s the work!
